I love learning, and I don’t think you can be an effective instructional designer without a lot of intellectual curiosity. My entire professional life has been spent learning about topics and people–from the shiny halls of Mcdonald’s Global Marketing to the gritty realism of active shooters.

I’ve worked with big clients, like Department of Defense to small startups on a shoestring budget. And, to both, I’ve brought the same excitement and commitment to excellence.

Project Management

As a learning and development manager, instructional designer, and project manager, it’s my job to help clients figure out what they really need, make an airtight plan on how to get there, set vision for development teams, and deliver an excellent learning solution on time, in scope, and within budget.
